-Handling customers’ complaints or inquiries in a professional manner.
-Coordinate and ensure accuracy in processing all orders and paperwork associated with completing the sales process.
-Provide administrative support for the field sales team by handling incoming and outgoing correspondences, preparing quotations, answering phones, and checking stock status.
-Keeping track of customers’ orders and updating customers on the order status.
-Providing post-sales support to customers.
-Develop and maintain good working relationships with new and existing customers.
-Initiate and maintain a good working relationship with the sales team and internal department.
-Assist line manager in generating sales reporting as required.
-Communication skills in English and Mandarin are preferred to support our business operations
