Job Responsibilities:
• Perform preventive maintenance and remedial maintenance on data centre equipment.
• Troubleshoot and fix problems related to data centre equipment.
• Response promptly to any equipment breakdown during office hours or after office hours, including Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays.
• Assist the Senior Technical Engineer, Team Lead Technical Service Department & Technical Service Manager to conduct preventive maintenance and services such as Power Audit Services, Thermal Scanning Services, Grounding measurement, & electrical switchboards preventive maintenance, off-line load test and on-line load test.
• Standby at site for activities such as genset testing, TNB power outage, HT switchgear servicing, migration of loads and other activities related to the data centre.
• Install & perform testing and commissioning of data centre equipment such as CCTV, card access, UPS, CRAC units, Split Unit Air-conds, Water Detection System, Vesda system etc.
• Require also to learn, practicing and mastering Data Centre electrical engineering and Information Technology products and performing preventive maintenance, remedial maintenance and troubleshooting on the above-mentioned products and equipment.
• Perform other work as instructed by the Team Lead of Technical Service Department & Technical Service Manager as and when required.

Job Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or relevant field.
• At least 2-5 years of working experience in preventive, predictive maintenance planning, scheduling, execution and manning in Data Centre related field.
• Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply.
• Able to contribute effective solutions to solve issues.
• Positive and aggressive working attitude, able to think critically, a good team player and able to work independently.
• Able to work in a fast paced and deadline driven environment
• Good command in English for both oral and written.
