Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
1. Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business.
2. Working with the senior team members to identify and manage company risks that might prevent growth
3. Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets
4. Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients
5. Combining efforts and fostering a collaborative environment within the business as a whole
6. Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems
7. Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients
8. Running outbound campaigns (phone calls, email, etc) to create sales opportunities
9. Developing and presenting proposals customized for each client specific business needs
10. Ensuring excellent customer service through regular client follow up
11. Developing rapport with key decision makers
12. Translating proposals into ready-to-sign contracts
13. Owning the sales lifecycle from prospecting to implementation
14. Managing virtual and in-person sales meetings

Job Requirements:
-Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field
-At least 2-3 years of working experience in Sales and Marketing or Business Development
-Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Communication and Presentation skill
-Highly self-motivated, Strong interpersonal and Communication skills.
-Results oriented, self-driven, persuasive, persistent and resourceful.
-Able to work in a team as well as independently.
-Fluency in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
-Possess own transport.
-Good Negotiation skills and able to provide excellent customer experience.
-Strong Analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns.
-Excellent Time management and organizational skills in order to prioritize various job demands.
-Highly self- driven, Positive Attitude
-Goals are driven, customer-oriented
