Key Responsibilities

Assist in the daily operations of the accounts department.

Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.

Prepare invoices, payment vouchers and check payments issued by branches.

Perform monthly bank and balance sheet reconciliations.

Update tax schedules and follow up on debt collections as needed.

Maintain an accurate filing system for all financial documents.

Perform daily cash flow operations, including collections and payments.

Update monthly cash flow reports and schedules.

Compile and distribute daily bank statements to branches.

Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

Minimum Diploma or Degree in Accounting or a related field; professional certifications are a plus.

At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant accounting applications.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality.

Highly organized, with excellent self-discipline and time management skills.
