HR Internship Placement for May 2026

This internship provides valuable hands-on experience in Human Resources, with a focus on recruitment, allowing interns to support HR and administrative functions while gaining practical exposure.

What You Will Do:

Recruitment Support: Post job openings across various portals and social media platforms to attract top talent.

Candidate Screening: Develop skills in sourcing and evaluating candidates, conducting initial phone screenings, and coordinating interviews.

HR Documentation: Assist in preparing offer letters, collecting new hire documents, and auditing employee files.

Data Management: Perform data entry tasks in our Human Resource Information System (HRIS) to ensure accurate record-keeping.

Event Coordination: Help organize company events that foster team spirit and improve employee relations.

Administrative Assistance: Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.


What We Are Looking For:

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Diploma program in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.

No work experience required.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office with a keen interest in HR and recruitment.

A positive attitude, strong desire to learn, and ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Positive attitude and eagerness to contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Candidate must possess own transport.

Minimum of 3 months internship duration.

Internship period starting between end of April to May 2026.
