Job Responsibilities
1. Assist the accounting supervisor and accountant in bookkeeping and tax filing, completing daily administrative tasks.
2. Assist in handling business registration, tax registration, etc.
3. Apply for invoices, purchase invoices, prepare and submit accounting statements, and assist in tax return filing.
4. Prepare accounting vouchers, reconcile bank statements, review documents, issue and keep invoices.
5. Assist in the preparation, filing, and safekeeping of financial documents.
6. Responsible for external liaison with departments such as industry and commerce, taxation, and banks.
7. Assist the supervisor in completing other daily administrative tasks.

Job Requirements
1. Associate degree or above in finance, accounting, economics, or related fields.
2. Good basic knowledge of accounting and tax law.
3. Neat handwriting, organized document classification, proficient in Excel, Word, and accounting software.
4. Strong independent learning and working ability, hardworking, meticulous, and proactive.
5. Good professional ethics and teamwork spirit, strong communication, comprehension, and analytical skills. 6. Recent graduates or those without relevant work experience will be given priority.
