Job scope:
-Production: Lead the end-to-end video production process, including setup (lighting, audio, camera) and filming on-site or in-studio.
-Editing: Transform raw footage into polished, high-quality videos (Short-form Reels/TikToks, Brand Stories, Product Demos, etc.).
-Creative Input: Brainstorm and develop storyboards, scripts, and visual concepts with the marketing team.
-Post-Production: Handle color grading, sound design, motion graphics, and subtitling (including BM/English/Mandarin where applicable).
-Asset Management: Maintain and organize raw footage and equipment to ensure a smooth workflow.

Job requirements:
-Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Creative Multimedia, Film & Video Production, Broadcasting, or a related field.
-1–3 years of hands-on experience in videography and video editing.
-Strong understanding of camera operations (Mirrorless/DSLR), lighting techniques, and audio recording.
-Up to date with current video trends, transitions, and formats (9:16 vs 16:9).
-Ability to work under tight deadlines, take constructive feedback, and travel within Malaysia for shoots if required.
-Proficiency in speaking and writing in English and Mandarin is a mandatory.
