Job Responsibilities
-Manage and execute content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and XiaoHongShu (XHS).
-Research and analyse mom pain points, trending topics, platform trends and competitor content; convert insights into content ideas.
-Write strong short-video scripts with clear hooks, storytelling structure, natural product integration and call-to-action (CTA).
-Work closely with videographer/editor to guide shooting direction (scenes, angles, voiceover flow, UGC-style content).
-Ensure high quality posting execution: titles, captions, hashtags, posting schedule and content consistency.
-Track content performance (views, watch time, retention, engagement, saves/shares) and propose weekly optimisation actions.
-Support marketing activities such as product launches, seasonal campaigns, collaborations and simple event content when needed.

Requirements
-2–4 years experience in social media content / short video creation.
-Strong capability in content strategy, content planning and scriptwriting (not just posting).
-Familiar with short video best practices: hooks, retention, storytelling and CTA.
-Able to communicate clearly in EN CH BM
-Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
-Able to work closely with creative team members (videographer/editor/designer) and deliver on deadlines.
-Preferably a mother/have strong parenting/baby-care experience
