Key Responsibilities:
-Prepare overriding reports for payment processing
-Prepare & submit royalty reports
-Generate campaign, incentive & convention achievement reports
-Draft & distribute internal & external memos/letters
-Handle various administrative and support functions
-Request and manage secretarial (COSEC) documents
-Prepare & submit license renewal documentation
-Manage office upkeep & maintenance requests
-Prepare & submit tenancy agreements
-Support new branch setup & branch management matters
-Coordinate newspaper advertisements
-Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements (upon confirmation)

Qualifications and Skills:
-Minimum Diploma holder in any field (willingness to learn is essential)
-Administrative experience preferred (fresh grads encouraged to apply)
-Proficient in English (written & verbal)
-Possession of own transport is an advantage
-Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
-Organized, team-oriented, and eager to learn
