-Plan monthly and campaign-based content calendars across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, etc.)
-Identify content opportunities based on trends, insights, and performance data

Content Creation & Execution
-Create high-quality content including short-form videos, scripts, captions, hooks, and storyboards
-Ensure content is engaging, platform-optimized, and aligned with brand tone & values
-Oversee content production from ideation to posting

Creative Direction & Quality Control
-Maintain consistent brand voice, messaging, and visual storytelling
-Review, refine, and approve content from junior creators or freelancers
-Ensure content meets performance, aesthetic, and storytelling standards

Performance & Optimization
-Analyze content performance (views, engagement, conversion)
-Optimize content based on insights, trends, and audience behavior
-Work closely with marketing team to align content with sales funnels (TOFU / MOFU / BOFU)

Team Collaboration & Leadership
-Mentor and guide junior content creators
-Collaborate with designers, videographers, influencers, and marketing team
-Contribute ideas for campaigns, launches, and brand collaborations
