-Manage and strengthen relationships with TikTok Shop creators and affiliates through onboarding, product education, and commission guidance
-Plan, execute, and optimise TikTok Shop affiliate campaigns to drive GMV, conversion, and ROI
-Guide creators with clear content direction, briefs, and feedback to improve sales-driven content performance
-Track and analyse performance, apply data-driven optimisations, and share platform trends and insights
-Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign readiness across products, pricing, vouchers, and inventory

Requirements & Skills
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field. What you studied matters less than how you think and execute.
• 1–3 years of experience preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome if you’re motivated and ready to learn. (TikTok Shop experience is a plus.)
• An active social media user, especially TikTok. You scroll, you observe trends, and you understand what kind of content actually works.
• Comfortable talking to creators and affiliates via WhatsApp, DMs, or quick calls.
• Curious about numbers and performance. You don’t need to be a data expert, but you care about results. • Genuinely interested in content-led commerce, creators, and performance marketing.
• Organised, proactive, and able to move fast in a campaign-driven environment.
