Job description

Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional marketing.

Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure the successful implementation of campaigns.

Contribute to the creation of engaging and persuasive content for marketing materials, including advertisements, social media posts, and email campaigns.

Collaborate with the creative team to develop visually appealing and on-brand content.

Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.

Provide insights to inform marketing strategies and identify opportunities for business growth.

Support digital marketing efforts, including managing social media accounts, creating and scheduling content, and monitoring online engagement.

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing campaigns.

Prepare regular reports to communicate campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

Assist in the planning and coordination of events, product launches, and promotional activities.

Ensure all marketing activities align with the overall brand strategy.

Require to fulfil any ad hoc task as require by business unit.

Job requirement

Candidate must possess Bachelor's degree/diploma in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.

Minimum 1-2 years working experience in marketing, preferably in retail industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic understanding of marketing principles and techniques.

Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Creative thinking and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.

Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Good working attitude, reliable, initiative and punctuality.

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
