JOB DESCRIPTION

Process daily accounts payable transaction (preparing, monitoring & processing payment)

Update and maintain account

Reconciliation of payments

Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date

Resolve invoice discrepancies

Correspond with creditors and respond to inquiries

File maintenance

Signature gathering

Prepare statement for income tax purposes

Prepare payment for GST



REQUIREMENTS

SPM / Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent qualification.

At least 1–2 years of working experience in accounting/AP role.

Experience in a hospital environment will be an added advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Possess good attitude & able to work independently.

Good time management and able to multitask
