Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base.

Able to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring satisfaction and retention.

To develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

Must stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights and enhance sales efforts.

To work closely with support teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of products/services.

Good presentation skills to showcase our offerings and address customer needs.

Must be able to assist the superior in managing the inventory to cater to the sales requirement of the department.



Requirements:
Proven track record of success in distribution sales, with a minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.

Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Knowledge of the automotive aftermarket parts and trends will be an added advantage.

Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.

Valid driving license and own a car.
