Responsible to develop export markets, establish long-term client relationships, and increase international revenue. This role involves handling full-cycle export sales, from prospecting and negotiations to logistics coordination and after-sales support.

Develop and execute strategic plans to expand export business in target countries.

Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with international customers.

Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals tailored to customer needs.

Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely and compliant shipments.

Conduct market research to analyze global trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.

Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and B2B meetings to promote company products.

Monitor and achieve sales targets, profit margins, and territory growth.

Manage export documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping instructions, and compliance with INCOTERMS.

Provide input on product development and pricing strategy based on market feedback.



Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Business, International Trade or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of proven experience in export sales within a manufacturing environment.

Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Relevant experience in departmental leadership and team management is required.
