Job Description

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue and take-up targets

Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve optimal performance

Plan and manage property launches, roadshows, and promotional activities

Monitor sales performance, forecasts, and market trends

Establish pricing strategies in collaboration with management and marketing teams

Manage key client relationships, investors, and strategic partners

Prepare sales reports, projections, and performance analysis for management review

Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures, and regulatory requirements

Job Specification

Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field

Minimum 8–10 years of experience in property sales, with 3–5 years in a managerial role

Proven track record in managing successful property sales teams

Strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills

Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills

In-depth knowledge of property market trends and regulations

Willing to work flexible hours during launches and peak sales periods

REN or real estate professional certification is an advantage

Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin-speaking candidates are a plus.
