Job Descriptions:

Provide high-level administrative and personal support to the Group Managing Director (MD).

Manage and coordinate the Group MD’s daily schedule, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

Prepare, review, and handle correspondence, reports, presentations, and confidential documents.

Act as a liaison between the Group MD and internal departments, business partners, and external stakeholders.

Assist in monitoring projects, follow up on action items, and ensure timely completion.

Support financial-related matters such as basic financial reporting, expense tracking, and document preparation.

Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of professionalism.

Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Group MD.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably supporting senior executives.

Finance background preferred, preferably with experience in the construction or property development industry.

Strong organizational, coordination, and time-management skills.

Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients (spoken and written).

Able to work independently, proactive, detail-oriented, and trustworthy.
