Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Sales Executive / Manager (HRMS) to lead a new-generation HRMS solution. This is a high-impact, market-building role that requires a strategic thinker and hands-on sales executor to build the business across local and international market. Sales Executive / Manager will be responsible for securing early adopters, building a sustainable customer base, and forming long-term client and partner relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Actively develop new business ideas, identify new sales opportunities, generate leads, and follow up on cold and warm leads to further the sales process.

Engage with potential clients at industry events and conferences to explore new business prospects.

Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients.

Collaborating with stakeholders at client organization to identify opportunities and deliver sales results.

Handling customer inquiries promptly and comprehensively.

Identify and gather client’s requirements, working closely with the internal team throughout the sales cycle.

Prepare proposals, quotations, and handle end-to-end sales cycles including networking, events, referrals, and digital channels, tender participation and contract negotiation



Requirements

Possess a Diploma or Degree in any discipline.

Possess strong negotiation, problem-solving, customer service and sales skills.

Passionate about sales. Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment.

Proven sales track record in achieving or exceeding targets.

Experience managing multi-country sales cycles and partner ecosystems.

Strong understanding of HRMS systems and multi-country HR practices.

Preferred to have 3+ years of sales experience in software sales and experienced in multi-tiered reporting, but not essential.

Willingness to travel locally and regionally as the business expands.



Remuneration Package

Salary Range: MYR 5,000 - 8,500
