JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Supervise daily site operations and monitor renovation activities to ensure quality and timeline adherence.

2. Coordinate with Assistant Renovation Manager, Interior Designers, and purchaser to interpret drawings and ensure correct execution.

3. Manage co- worker, subcontractors, assign tasks and monitor performance according to the project SOP.

4. Maintain site cleanliness and enforce health & safety standards.

5. Conduct regular inspections and prepare daily/weekly site progress reports.

6. Oversee material deliveries and inventory to prevent delays or shortages.

7. Identify and resolve site issues or conflicts swiftly.

8. Ensure proper documentation, such as work permits, safety records, and change orders.

9. To perform other duties as assigned.

1. Construction Knowledge: Understanding renovation processes, materials, and techniques.

2. Project Coordination: Managing timelines, subcontractors, and resources.

3. Team Supervision: Leading and motivating workers and subcontractors on-site.

4. Problem Solving: Quickly resolving site-related issues

5. Time Management: Ensuring project milestones and deadlines are met.

6. Quality Control: Ensuring workmanship meets required standards.

7. Reporting: Preparing and delivering clear site progress reports.

8. Budget Awareness: Understanding how on-site decisions impact cost.

Must possess a vehicle to transport staff to the work site. Petrol expenses will be compensated.
