Key Responsibilities
-Bookkeeping: Accurately record daily financial transactions and maintain the General Ledger (GL), including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
-Schedule Management: Manage financial schedules, track payments, perform reconciliations, and ensure timely reporting.
-Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements, invoices, and other financial records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
-Reporting & Documentation: Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports, and balance sheet schedules; maintain and organize financial documents in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
-Ad Hoc Duties: Support month-end and year-end closing, audits, tax filings and other finance-related tasks as needed.
-Team Support : Assist and guide junior staff, support the Finance Manager, and collaborate with Settlement and Operations teams to resolve discrepancies.

Qualifications & Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
-Professional certifications (CPA, ACCA, MIA) are an added advantage.
-3-4 years of experience in bookkeeping or finance roles preferred.
-Previous experience in the FinTech industry is a plus.
-Familiarity with Xero or similar accounting software is highly preferred.
-High attention to detail and accuracy.
-Strong time-management and organizational skills.
-Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
