HR Operations Executive

Responsibilities
-Support HR projects, policy updates, documentation, and compliance audits
-Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on Employee & Industrial Relations matters
-Manage employee grievances, investigations, disciplinary actions, and domestic inquiries
-Support employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive workplace culture
-Liaise with unions and assist in collective agreement discussions and negotiations
-Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices

Requirements
-Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
-1-3 years of HR operations experience
-Exposure to Employee Relations and Industrial Relations is a bonus
-Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
-Able to handle sensitive matters with professionalism and confidentiality
