Customer Service Executive (Supply Chain)

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Order Management & ERP Integrity
-Serve as the first point of contact for all customer inquiries, ensuring professional and timely responses.
-Execute end-to-end sales order processing within the ERP system
-Validate Purchase Orders (POs) against established Incoterms, payment terms, and currency requirements.

2. Logistics & Shipment Coordination
-Coordinate air freight and transportation logistics across international and domestic channels to ensure seamless delivery.
-Liaise with internal production planners to verify delivery feasibility and counter-propose alternative schedules when necessary.
-Manage Engineering Change Notice (ECN) implementation and define clear cut-off points in sales orders.

3. Performance & Relationship Management
-Build and maintain long-term customer relationships by anticipating evolving needs and conducting regular client debriefs.
-Support the development of customer-specific KPI dashboards and performance scorecards.
-Lead corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to resolve service challenges and improve customer satisfaction levels.

Skills & Qualifications
-Education: University Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
-Technical Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must; experience with ERP systems is highly advantageous.
-Logistics Knowledge: Familiarity with international shipping, air freight, and Incoterms.
-Mindset: A problem solver who can navigate diverse cultures and maintain ethical standards in a demanding environment.
