Area Manager

What you'll be doing
-Provide strategic direction and day-to-day oversight for a cluster of retail locations to ensure operational excellence
-Develop and implement plans to drive sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction across your assigned locations
-Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Store Managers to achieve their individual and collective targets
-Monitor key performance indicators and devise data-driven strategies to optimise store operations and staff productivity
-Liaise with cross-functional teams to coordinate inventory management, staff scheduling, and marketing initiatives
-Identify and address operational issues promptly, ensuring a seamless customer experience
-Collaborate with the regional leadership team to share best practices and contribute to the overall growth of the business

What we're looking for
-Substantial experience (3+ years) in a multi-site retail or hospitality management role
-Proven track record of driving sales, improving profitability, and enhancing customer satisfaction in a fast-paced retail environment
-Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to make informed decisions
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders
-Familiarity with retail operations, inventory management, and marketing concepts
-Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to support store operations
