Job Description

Job Description :
-Manage Purchasing, Planning, Warehousing, and Customer service.
-Responsible for Planning and commitment to customers deliveries and ensure products are delivered on time to customers and customers contract manufacturing.
-Liaise with Sales, Engineering, Production, and Quality for commitment to customers and subcontractors forecast demand. Create supply plans that ensure availability of products based on customers’ requirements.
-Ensure packing, crating, warehousing, managing and maintaining inventory to operating levels to avoid material supply discontinuation or insufficient materials for production use.
-Responsible for supervising and accounting for inventory in store and warehouse.
-Responsible for tracking, receiving, and ensuring materials are appropriately stored and ready for use and ship.
-Managing relationships with key suppliers to maintain quality of goods, timely delivery and compliance with terms of contracts
-Initiate discussion and negotiate with suppliers and vendors for reasonable pricing of material and services purchased.
-Searching and qualifying new vendors and suppliers for second sourcing capabilities and contingency plans and cost avoidance.
-Responsible for all equipment, materials, and product movement in and out of the factory to sub-contractors and customers.
-Coordinating with relevant departments for SAP implementation and ensuring accuracy in SAP systems.
- Ensuring compliance with Malaysia and international laws, regulations, and ethical standards in all aspects of supply chain operations.

Requirements :
-BSc/BA in logistics, or relevant field Degree from a recognise university with at least 5 years in Semiconductor Manufacturing industry with hands on experience
-Good in man management skill, Lean manufacturing and Quality first concept
-Possess good people management skill
-Proven experience as a Supply Chain Assistant Manager/ Manager or similar role in logistics
-Solid understanding of supply chain and inventory management systems
-Ability to lead and manage a team
-Strong problem-solving skills
-Excellent negotiation skills
-Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
-Proficient in MS Office and databases
-Familiar with SAP, and Certification in supply chain management is a plus
