Retail Executive - SONY Brand

Key responsibilities & duties
-Overall responsible for the retails sales performances & operations
-Managing retails daily operation and flow of products
-Maintaining Customer Relationship
-Ensure branch complies to guidelines and operational procedures
-Develop & implement sales strategies/ plan to achieve the sales target
-Plan and execute Marketing Strategies and activates like roadshow and exhibition
-Monitoring, maintaining and improving service quality
-Monitoring resources and apply its cost effectiveness
-Responsible for top and bottom line of the business
-Perform other ad hoc assignment and tasks as requested by management

Academic or trade qualifications
-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree any field.

Work experience and skills
-Minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field
-Able to work flexible schedule, including weekend and public holidays
-Required language(s): Mandarin ( MUST ), English and Bahasa Malaysia. "We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers."
-Gadget OR electronics experience in retail will be advantage
-Excellent communication skills, including multiple languages.
-The ability to interact successfully across cultures.
-Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills and strong judgment and decision-making.
-Do not mind to work late and must have high in commitment and responsibility.
-Computer literate in Microsoft Office.
