Accounting Internship

Requirements
-Full time internship for Diploma/ Degree students from Accounting/Finance related programs
-Basic understanding of financial and accounting principles
-Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
-Attention to detail and the ability to multitask is always a plus.
-Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
-Preferable with 3-6 months internship period

Responsibility
-Data entry and documentation
-Book keeping and recordings (for balance sheet, P&L...)
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in accounting system
-Aid in Month-end closing preparation.
-Assisting account payable and receivable
-Bank statements reconciliation, SST preparation and submissions.
-Audit assistance/support
-Generating account/financial report and submitting for audit purpose.
-Expenses management/tracking
-Recording account data and responding to accounting/finance queries on a daily basis.
-Track all payments made and perform daily checking on the bills
-Undertake any ad hoc tasks support when needed
