Senior Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
-Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company goals.
-Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and career development.
-Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients.
-Analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to inform business decisions.
-Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review.
-Set individual and team sales targets, monitor KPIs, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
-Collaborate with Marketing, Production, and Operations departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
-Represent the company at client meetings, exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events.
-Implement and maintain CRM systems for effective sales tracking and reporting.
-Provide recommendations for improving sales processes and operational efficiency.
