Sales Manager

What you'll be doing
-Developing and executing effective sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities
-Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and requirements
-Preparing and presenting compelling sales proposals and presentations to secure new contracts
-Collaborating with the project delivery team to ensure the successful implementation of sales agreements
-Monitoring and analysing sales performance and pipeline to identify areas for improvement
-Providing regular updates and reporting on sales activities and results
-Continuously seeking to enhance sales processes and approaches to drive business growth

What we're looking for
-Minimum 5 years of proven experience in new business development, preferably within the construction or engineering industry
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders
-Strong negotiation and sales presentation skills to secure new business opportunities
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets
-Familiarity with project management principles and the ability to collaborate with the delivery team
-Analytical skills to track and report on sales performance and pipeline
-Degree in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, or Engineering
