Import & Export Operation

Key Responsibilities (Operation):
-Manage end-to-end import/export operations from ETA monitoring to final delivery to customers
-Prepare, declare and submit K1, K2, or K3 forms for shipment clearance.
-Manage LOI / LOA documentation and update vessel schedules accordingly.
-Apply and process MITI and SIRIM permits to ensure regulatory compliance for imports.
-Coordinate with forwarders, transporters, warehouse, and customers on delivery schedules.

Requirements:
-Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
-Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
-1-2 years experiences needed for operation roles.
-Prior experience in customer service or import/export logistics will be an added advantage.
-Strong command of English is a must (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
-Willingness to learn and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
