Warehouse Operation Executive (4 Days Work)

Job Description：

Strictly follow the company's standard operating procedures (SOP) to perform the warehousing and outbound operations of goods to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the goods；

Responsible for the supervision and management of daily warehouse operations to ensure that the warehouse operates normally and efficiently；

Regularly count inventory to ensure the accuracy and consistency of inventory data, and promptly handle and summarize inventory differences；

Process customer orders in accordance with SOP requirements to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders；

Track order progress, promptly resolve problems that arise during order processing, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Notice ：
1、It’s a four-day work week, on a rotating shift basis. The working hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. with one hour for rest.
2、If you pass the interview, there will be a three-day probationary work period. After passing the probationary work, you need to be on board within one month. We will sign a one-year service agreement.

Job Requirements：

Prefer at least Diploma in logistics management, supply chain management, warehouse management, administration or similar education background.。

Prefer at least 1 year experience in logistic or warehouse industry.

Fresh graduate are mostly welcome；

Familiar with warehouse operation procedures and standards, proficient in using warehouse management systems and office software；

Able to read, write and speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia

Candidates who understand Mandarin will be added advantage

office hours：8:30am-8:30pm；lunch break：1:00-2:00
