Warehouse Senior Administrator (4 days work)

Job Description
1. End-to-end warehouse management: supervise container receiving, issue early-warning for exceptions, maintain inventory ledgers, audit inbound/outbound documents, and handle office-supply requisition & purchasing.

2. Zero-gap warehouse control: lead all-round safety & security oversight, design walking routes, draft and enforce safety protocols.

3. Cost control: monitor office/warehouse consumables spending, streamline local procurement (payment-term negotiation, vendor management).

4. People management: track daily attendance and work status of warehouse staff, log anomalies and implement corrective actions.

5. Government relations: host Immigration & Customs inspections and prepare emergency response plans.

6. Team development: onboard new hires and compile SOP handbooks for junior admin roles.

7. Cross-functional support: assist China HQ with HR & finance paperwork and local coordination in Malaysia.

8. Document standardization: set up and periodically self-audit filing systems for customs docs, customer contracts, etc.

9. Other tasks assigned by superior.

notice ：
1、It’s a four-day work week, on a rotating shift basis. The working hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. with one hour for rest (1PM-2PM).
2、If you pass the interview, there will be a three-day probationary work period. After passing the probationary work, you need to be on board within one month. We will sign a one-year service contract.

Job Requirements
Education: Diploma or above (Logistics Management, International Trade preferred).

Languages: fluent Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia (multilingual documents & customer complaints).

Experience: ≥3 years in cross-border logistics / manufacturing, ≥1 year coaching a team.

Skills: proficient in WMS; capable of handling Customs audits & labour inspections.

Warehouse gates open by 08:30 daily.

Security SOP strictly executed every day; premises securely locked.

Daily water-, fire- and theft-prevention checks completed.

99.95 % of parcels collected same-day.

Reply to superior within 30 minutes.

Same-day follow-up on staff absence/violation; replacement secured within 48 h.
