Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, including aligning hiring needs with department managers, posting job ads, screening resumes, arranging interviews, issuing offers, and onboarding new hires.

2. Establish and maintain efficient recruitment channels, including but not limited to JobStreet, Hiredly, LinkedIn, Facebook, Xiaohongshu, campus recruitment, and employee referral programs.

3. Be accountable for recruitment outcomes and ensure timely, high-quality, and accurate hiring for key positions (e.g., warehouse operators, warehouse operations specialists, forklift drivers, administrative staff, etc.).

4. Liaise with foreign worker agencies and government authorities (e.g., Immigration Department, Labour Department) to handle applications, visas, permits, and renewals for foreign workers.

5.Ensure 100% compliance with legal requirements, maintain accurate documentation, and be prepared for government audits.

6. Manage the renewal, updates, and cancellation of foreign worker permits to avoid any overdue risks.

7. Maintain and update the recruitment database and tracking sheets in real-time.

8. Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.


notice : After passing the interview, you need to start working within one month. We will sign a one-year service contract.

Job Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or above (preferably in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields).

2. Languages: Proficiency in Malay, English, and Mandarin is preferred. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

3. Experience: Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience in the Malaysian talent market.

4. In-depth knowledge of Malaysia’s Employment Act, Immigration Act, and all regulations and procedures related to foreign worker recruitment.

5. Strong execution skills, goal-oriented, and data-driven. Must be able to work independently and deliver results under pressure. We value your ability to “hire the right people” and “hire them fast.”

Basic Salary + Full Attendance Bonus + KPI Bonus + Transport Allowance + Mandarin Allowance + Recruitment Bonus

Total salary range: RM5,000 - RM7,000
