Marketing & Sales Executive

Responsibilities & Authorities

Conducting and continuous development of market research covering update of property launches, property outlook, property market reports in support of evaluation of proposed land.

Conducting market research and generate reports of competitors in relation to product pricing, new launches, sales packages and marketing activities

Assist in sales implementation matters.

Assist in preparing presentation materials including not limited to Group M&S presentation slides, Memo and project pricing.

Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management.



Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in property valuation/real estate/business & Finance or equivalent.

Minimum 1 year of working experience in real estate industry.

Ability to create presentation materials for management meeting.

Ability to research on, extract, organize & present information.

Good command of MS Office-Words, Excel & PowerPoint.

Efficient with sense of urgency and able to work under tight deadlines.

Willing to travel (when necessary).

High level of attention to detail.
