Executive - Design & Fit-Out Services

Key Responsibilities
Tenant Engagement & Design Guidance
Act as the key liaison for tenants, reviewing store concepts and design submissions. Provide practical guidance on store planning and design to ensure alignment with mall standards.

Fit-Out Coordination
Coordinate tenant fit-out works and support tenants throughout the process to ensure timelines, quality, and compliance requirements are met.

Cross-Department Collaboration
Work closely with internal teams such as Leasing and Maintenance to address tenant matters and ensure landlord provisions are delivered smoothly.

Site Supervision & Compliance
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, ensure compliance with approved plans, and maintain the mall’s design and safety standards.

Project Completion & Handover
Assist in final inspections with tenants and management to ensure outlets are ready for opening and meet all operational requirements.

Creative Design Execution
Manage assigned design initiatives and contribute creative ideas that enhance the overall shopping experience and retail environment.



What We’re Looking For
Strong coordination and project management skills

Good eye for design, space planning, and retail presentation

Ability to work closely with tenants, contractors, and internal teams

Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects
