Marketing & Social Media Intern

JOB SUMMARY

Are you an aspiring marketer who understands that social media is a powerful engine for brand growth and lead generation? WORQ is seeking a Marketing & Social Media Intern to join our growth-focused marketing team. In this role, you won't just be scheduling posts; you will be an active participant in the marketing funnel, discussing and exploring new market segments on different digital platforms.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

I) Content creation:

Purpose-driven content: You’ll learn how to create social content that aligns with different stages of the customer journey, from introducing the brand to encouraging a booking.

Platform expansion: Take an active role in growing our Social Media channels, including but not limited to IG, LinkedIn, and XHS. You’ll research trends in the business and lifestyle space to help us reach new audiences.

Copywriting: Learn to write captions that match our brand voice, balancing form and function.



II) Marketing operations & community insights:

Market research: Audit what other coworking spaces are doing. You’ll help us brainstorm ways to stay ahead of the competition.

Event support: Join us at our community events! You’ll have hands-on experience with the event setup and capture "live" updates for our social media.



III) Marketing analytics & planning:

Campaign planning: Participate in team brainstorming sessions. Learn to coordinate social media, email marketing, and events to work together as one cohesive strategy.

Performance tracking: Track campaign performance and report on which posts are actually driving traffic to our website.


JOB REQUIREMENTS

Undergoing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, Communications or a related field.

Have a basic understanding of marketing principles.

Able to think strategically and translate ideas into goal-oriented content.

Familiarity with design tools (Canva/CapCut) is a plus.

Experience with or knowledge of web content management systems is advantageous.

Proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
