Cashier / Finance Assistant（出纳）

Job Description
- Responsible for daily payments, payment voucher management, and verification
- Maintain bank deposit journals and ensure accurate system entry

Key Responsibilities：
1. Payment Processing:
Handle employee reimbursements, project payments, procurement payments, and payroll disbursement

2. Bank Account Management:
Manage daily bank transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
Perform regular bank reconciliations
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly cash and bank reports

3. Cash Journal Management:
Accurately and promptly record cash journals
Submit daily cash journal reports and ensure consistency with online banking balances and transaction details
Enter data into the ERP system accurately

4. Financial Document Management:
Safeguard all financial documents such as receipts, invoices, and contracts
Properly archive and maintain financial records for easy retrieval

5. Post-loan & Investment Support:
Assist in preparing post-loan documentation and handling investment/wealth management purchases
Ensure proper filing and maintenance of related documents
