Foreman

What you'll be doing
-Supervising and coordinating the work of technicians and mechanics to ensure timely and effective completion of repair and maintenance tasks
-Allocating work assignments, monitoring progress, and providing guidance and support to the team
-Inspecting completed work to ensure adherence to quality standards and customer satisfaction
-Identifying training needs and providing coaching and mentorship to team members
-Liaising with customers, providing updates on the status of their vehicles and addressing any concerns
-Maintaining accurate records of work orders, parts usage, and labour hours
-Assisting in the management of workshop inventory and ordering of necessary parts and supplies

What we're looking for
-Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Foreman or in a similar supervisory role within the automotive industry
-Strong technical knowledge and expertise in automotive repair and maintenance, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and find innovative -solutions
-Proficient in inventory management, parts ordering, and record-keeping
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks effectively
-Valid driver's licence and willingness to work in Johor
