UI Designer

Key Responsibilities
-Lead end-to-end design process: research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, UI design, and usability testing.
-Translate complex business requirements into intuitive and elegant user-centered solutions.
-Create and maintain design systems, UI libraries, and style guides.
-Champion UX best practices and advocate for user needs in product planning.
-Conduct user research and usability studies to iterate and validate designs.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality implementation of designs

Requirements
-3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating user-centric design solutions.
-Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
-Strong UI graphic design skills, including layout, color theory, typography, iconography, and illustration.
-Deep understanding of UX principles, responsive design, accessibility, and interaction patterns.
-Solid knowledge of HTML/CSS fundamentals and handoff practices to developers.
-Experience designing for web, mobile (iOS/Android), and multi-platform ecosystems.
-Strong communication skills and the ability to present ideas clearly to stakeholders.
-Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints in your designs.
