ob Requirements
-Lead the design and implementation of the performance management framework (KPIs, appraisal cycles, calibration)
-Drive continuous improvement of performance appraisal processes and tools
-Develop and manage compensation and benefits strategies aligned with market benchmarks
-Oversee salary review, bonus, and incentive programmes
-Ensure fairness, consistency, and compliance in rewards and performance practices
-Partner with business leaders on performance reviews, talent differentiation, and succession planning
-Manage job grading and salary benchmarking exercises
-Analyse HR data and provide insights on performance trends, compensation, and employee engagement
-Design and implement employee recognition programmes
-Ensure alignment with company policies and regulatory requirements
-Collaborate with HR teams (e.g. Talent, L&D) to support overall people strategies
