IT Executive - Network/Desktop Support

Job Responsibilities:
-Perform deployments, support and maintenance for network-related hardware systems, wireless systems, network security systems, software applications and information technology infrastructure.
-Assist in configure routing and switching equipment, hosted IP voice services and firewalls.
-Provide technical support IOI Properties offices and sites.
-Assist in implementation of IT network infrastructure related initiatives.
-Maintain network diagrams and network related documentation.
-Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including firmware updates, patches, and security configurations.
-Maximising network performance through ongoing monitoring and troubleshooting.
-Liaise with vendors/suppliers regarding the purchase and repair of hardware/software and monitor the delivery of IT equipment.
-Support the Head of Digital Transformation in the research, innovation and analysis to enhance formulation of long term and annual strategies and business plans for use of digital automation in the organization.

Job Requirements:
-Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent.
-Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field
-Experience with network firewalls and/or web application firewalls will be added advantage.
-Ability to learn rapidly and understand new high technology product and services.
-Possess excellent analytical, structuring and problem solving skills – especially in identifying issues, root cause, resolution alternatives, rationale and recommendation
-Good organizational, verbal and written communication skills; and in-depth knowledge of project planning and delivery methodologies
-Ability to multitask and work independently.
