Accounts and Admin Executive

Key Responsibilities:
-Manage day-to-day accounting and administrative functions of the firm
-Handle invoicing processes, including e-invoicing using AutoCount
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation
-Liaise independently with external auditors and other relevant parties
-Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations

Requirements:
-Prior experience with accounting software is preferred; familiarity with AutoCount will be a strong advantage
-Candidates without prior AutoCount experience must be willing and able to learn quickly during the handover period
-Ability to work independently, particularly in liaising with auditors and handling accounts matters
-Strong initiative, proactiveness, and willingness to take ownership of responsibilities
-Good organisational, communication, and time management skills
-High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and professionalism
