TRANSPORT EXECUTIVE

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible to manage the delivery of goods to the customer.

Responsible to execute logistic tasks within stated guidelines and policies.

Coordinating with relevant parties such as Sales Department, Warehouse and External Transporters to resolve deliveries related matters.

Efficient transport planning and ensure orders are delivered in a timely manner.

Manage customer billing & coordinate with finance.

Monitor and track all deliveries and trucks via GPS.

Undertake physical inspection of vehicle.

Coordinate with panel workshops for breakdown and maintenance related matters and hands-on if the need arises. Technical knowledge of trucks is an advantage.

Liaise with local government agencies such as JPJ, APAD & PDRM for matters related to Permits, Roadtax and Summons.

Arrange documents for inspections, registering and transfer of ownership at Puspakom & JPJ.

Maintain transport record including drivers license, GDL, maintenance and I-Cop requirements.

To perform any assignment from superior from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum SPM and above

At least 1 year working experience

Must be able to read and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia

Able to communicate with people at all levels

Computer literate
