IT MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensure all systems run smoothly in IT Department.

Provide supervision, design, develop and implement system to achieve the project assigned by the superior.

Identify and continuous implementing operational / infrastructure improvement and provide better services, efficiency and initiative for the business needs.

Responsible and ensure all project or assignment given to be delivery on time.

Review and responsible for the implementation of efficient IT policies & procedures.

Supervise and provide motivation to the team members.

Able to handle and solve ac-hoc issue immediately.

Any other responsibilities that may be assigned by Management to you from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.

Required skill(s): Visual Basic, MS SQL Server, Web Design.

Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English

Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin-speaking clients.

At least 8 year(s) of working experience in manufacturing field required for this position.

Preferably Managers specializing in IT Infrastructure, system development, and knowledge on hardware installment.

Ability to solve urgent matters and work under pressure.

Strong analytical skill with ability to present data in an impactful & convincing manner.
