Site Supervisor (Preferably Electrical Background)

General summary:

Site inspector at construction sites to ensure the work meets construction specifications, standards, requirement and local code regulations.



Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensure project progress at site to follow the stipulated project plan/timeline.

Attend site and prepare project progress update.

Check site progress and record all activities and materials used every day.

To liaise/coordinate/monitor/inspect the progress & quality of the work of the subordinates/ general workers/ nominated sub-contractors.

Report to the superior regarding site update/status/condition.

Ensure that work at site shall be in compliance with safety regulations at site.

Attend site meetings and coordinate meeting when necessary.



Skills Required:

Hardworking, versatile, discipline, self-motivated, good interpersonal and communication skills, fast learner, mature and responsible.

Analytical, able to work independently and handle multi-tasking.

Able to relocate or willing to work outstation.



Qualifications:

Candidate must possess minimum Diploma, Professional certificate or equivalent in Electrical field

Preferably a Wireman and / or Chargeman Certified

Minimum 2 years of working experience in related field

Knowledge of Microsoft Office and AutoCad
