GRAPHIC DESIGNER (SENIOR)

What you'll be doing
-Execute creative work from concept to final artwork across campaigns (ATL & BTL), including branding, marketing collaterals, and corporate materials such as corporate profile, annual reports , coffee table books and packaging design, etc.
-Stay up to date with the latest design trends and AI techniques to continuously enhance the quality and impact of your work.
-Collaborate with the Servicing Team and Art Director to develop creative concepts and ideas.
-Design and develop website UI (WordPress/AI Software) with mobile-responsive layouts.

Who we're looking for
-A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in an agency or creative studio setting.
-Have a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in various design disciplines, including print, digital, and branding.
-Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects and Ai Software).
-Experience in motion graphics and animation is a strong advantage.
-Experience in property-related projects is a plus.
-Excellence attention to detail with a good sense of layout, typography, colors, visual storytelling and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
-Strong conceptual and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate client requirements into innovative design solutions.
-Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
-Responsible, positive attitude, and eager to learn.
