Senior Executive, Internal Audit

Job description: -
-Conduct compliance, operations and risk management audits, and other assignments as instructed by the Manager.
-Evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of internal controls, and ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures and regulations.
-Identify weaknesses in current processes and provide recommendations for improvement to enhance operational efficiency.
-Prepare clear and concise narrative audit working papers and audi reports summarizing audit findings for Manager’s review.
-Assist in preparing internal audit programs

Requirement:-
-Bachelor’s degree in accounting and/or professional accounting qualification, such as ACCA or CIA.
-At least 5 years audit experience in external and internal audits.
-Able to conduct audit work independently and with minimum supervision.
-Good communication skills (oral and written) in English and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
-Matured and good interpersonal skills.
-Able and willing to travel overseas – about 3 times a year.
