Senior Multimedia Graphic Designer – M.I.C.E

Duties & Responsibilities
-Extensive comprehension and development of creative concepts based on current trends and techniques for a range of mediums, including stage/set designs, event print and digital collaterals, social media and digital templates (video & web).
-Creation of high quality event-centric designs that are on brand, on strategy and on budget according to internal teams’ and/or clients’ brief.
-Creation of visually appealing and dynamic motion graphics, optimized for LED displays in various event applications.
-Knowledge of current social media trends and best practices. Proficient in shooting & creating videos for social media such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and related platforms.
-Ensure timely design deliverables between internal teams and/or clients in meeting project deadlines, inclusive of revisions and auxiliary additions.

Required Skills & Qualifications
-Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Graphic/Multimedia Design, Illustration, Interior/Architecture Design or related fields.
-Excellent command of Adobe Creative Cloud with emphasis on Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe After Effects.
-Added advantage for proficiency in SketchUp/Blender/3D Max and Procreate applications on iPad/desktop with an aptitude to learn new software and systems.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office for routine business communications.
-Excellent verbal and written command of English and Bahasa Melayu. Proficiency in other languages are highly preferable.
-A minimum of three (3) years of experience in related fields.
-Possess strong creativity and organizational skills in executing desk and field works with a need for attention to detail.
-A well-rounded communicator/storyteller in advocating design pitches and presentations.
-Possess own transportation and is willing to travel (outstation/overseas), as required.
