Finance Assistant Manager / Manager

Key Responsibilities
-Oversee end-to-end finance operations, including AP, AR, GL, billing, payroll, and treasury functions.
-Ensure timely and accurate financial closing, reporting, and reconciliation activities.
-Develop, implement, and improve financial systems, controls, and processes.
-Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and financial schedules.
-Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial KPIs.
-Lead and supervise finance teams, ensuring high performance and continuous development.
-Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless financial workflows.
-Coordinate with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies.
-Drive process automation projects to improve efficiency and accuracy.
-*Preferably with experience in the Food & Beverage industry, and familiarity with Navision and SAP is a plus.

Job Requirements

Education
-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
-Professional certifications (CA, ACCA, CPA, CMA) are highly preferred.

Experience
-8+ years in finance, accounting, or financial operations.
-At least 3 years of supervisory or managerial experience.
-Experience managing multi-functional finance teams is an advantage.

Skills
-Strong understanding of finance operations, internal controls, and compliance.
-Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
-Proficiency with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
-Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
-Ability to manage high-pressure environments and meet deadlines.
