Sales Executive/ Sales Engineer (Salary + Commission)

Job Responsibilities
-Execute company sales strategies and market approaches
-Develop and manage customers and business partners to grow sales
-Achieve assigned sales targets and product mix objectives
-Handle collections in accordance with company credit policies
-Monitor product performance and propose improvement solutions
-Provide after-sales support, including training and problem resolution
-Keep updated on market trends and competitor activities
-Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management

Job Requirements
-Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or related), Business, Marketing, Finance, or equivalent
-2–3 years of sales experience (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
-Results-driven with strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Self-motivated, independent, and customer-oriented
-Possess own transport and willing to travel
