QA Inspector

-Investigate production line reject and incorporate into inspection check sheet.
-Filling, update and maintain all quality records / reports.
-Proactively monitor on all rejected parts to meet the required conformance.
-Expertly handle all customer return parts, analyze the problem and comply to the drawings' requirements.
-To check 100% dimensional inspection for all F.A. parts and feedback to Section Head / Manager.
-To carry out inspection (visual inspection and measurement) on sampling basis for all mass-production parts.
-Responsible to assign proper checking method.
-Additional ad-hoc tasks by Management and Supervisor.
-Job Requirement (Specific skills & competencies required)

Minimum SPM.
-Experience in CMM Programming would be an advantage.
-Experience in CNC and Sheet Metal would be an advantage.
-Ability to work independently and proactively.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Capability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
-Comprehensive knowledge and experience in utilizing various inspection tools and techniques.
-Willingness to work overtime as needed to meet deadlines.
-Able to work at night shift.
